By accessing or using Setup My Dream services operated by StakGrid Technologies LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
StakGrid Technologies LLC provides web design, development, and SaaS solutions including but not limited to:
All payments are processed securely. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. One-time setup fees are due upon project commencement. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their website content and design. However, StakGrid Technologies LLC retains ownership of proprietary code, frameworks, and underlying technology infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
StakGrid Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of your website content, but access to our proprietary infrastructure will cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StakGrid Technologies LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
